When you send an email from Odoo, you'll need to setup an outgoing smtp server to send through Office 365. Or, you have to take on some heavy lifting when it comes to setting up an integration with office 365. We've got a good solution to this.
Self service email connection
Let your users decide themselves, to connect to Office 365:
let them log in through Microsoft and pick the account they want to setup:
In the background, this will create the outgoing email server with the from filter for this user only. The user will never have to manage this outgoing email server themselves
In his user profile, we will see the additional setting:
